Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and dispatched via a third-party courier. This delivery time is only an approximation and during busy periods your shipment may take longer.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive notification when your order is dispatched
Please note that courier delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Items out of stock
In the event of one of your order items being out of stock, this item will be dispatched, at no additional postage charge to you as soon as it is available.
If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 14 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order.
We aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 21 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you to arrange for any necessary refund to be issued.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Ireland including Northern Ireland
All orders are currently being shipped by courier free of charge.
Please select IRELAND for Northern Ireland orders and get free delivery.
UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and including Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man

Orders to the UK will not be charged VAT when you place your order, you may however have to pay VAT at the point of entry into the UK and this will be collected by the courier along with a customs entry fee.
Please note that for any returns VAT will have to be reclaimed from UK Revenue. The customs entry fee is non refundable.
All items will be dispatched with a returns document inside the box. Should you wish to return any item you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return you must send the item, unopened and in its original packaging along with the returns document (included in your delivery) and proof of purchase addressed to;

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).Please allow up to 5 working days for credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
